Key Milestones

While pursuing my Master’s degree, I began my career as a call centre executive earning ₹5,000 per month. I chose work not out of comfort, but responsibility — to become financially independent and reduce the financial burden on my parents. It was a simple inbound customer service role, yet I worked relentlessly, even on weekly offs. During this phase, I noticed my managers working extensively on Excel. Unknowingly, Excel entered my professional life for the first time., planting the seed for something much bigger.

The monotony of calling and its impact on my health pushed me to seek a backend role. I transitioned into an email support position for a telecom process, where Excel became a practical tool for storing data and creating basic templates. I began helping managers, colleagues, and friends with their Excel-related queries. Although my Excel skills were still basic, the appreciation and trust from others boosted my confidence.

Colleagues encouraged me to explore Excel-based MIS roles. I wasn’t fully ready, but I was willing to try. Sometimes belief comes before mastery. I appeared for my first Excel interview and failed miserably. The questions were simple, yet I couldn’t answer them. The rejection was direct and painful. That day, I made a promise to myself - I will master Excel and return stronger one day.

With focused preparation, I applied again for Excel-based roles. This time, I received job offers from two companies with similar packages. I chose the organization that was closer to my home and better aligned with my growth. Moving into a structured corporate environment, I officially began my journey into Excel and Analytics — a turning point that reshaped my professional life.

I stepped into a new phase of my life - I got married to the best person in my life, Shreyashi. Together, we began a journey built on trust, resilience, and shared dreams. In her, I found not just a life partner, but a constant source of motivation - someone who stood beside me through struggles, believed in my potential, and strengthened me at every step.

I received an unexpected call from the Learning & Development team — I was asked to train Office Productivity for senior managers. Nervous and unsure, I questioned myself. I was still learning and didn’t see myself as an expert. But instead of stepping back, I accepted the challenge. I prepared intensely for the two-day training, pushing beyond self-doubt. The outcome was transformational — I received the GURU Award for Best Trainer of the Month. That moment multiplied my confidence manyfold and marked the beginning of my trainer journey. From there on, I received multiple training opportunities across the organization — and won the GURU Award every single time.

Someone approached me for personal training. I initially declined — I wasn’t mentally or physically prepared to take that responsibility. But a conversation with my wife changed everything. She encouraged me to say yes and suggested I share the opportunity with colleagues and friends so others can learn together. That decision led to my very first batch—four students, trained from my home. What began with hesitation soon turned into belief. Batch after batch followed, confidence grew, challenges multiplied, and my rented home slowly transformed into a small coaching institute. That was the true beginning of my journey as a professional trainer.

2014 became the defining turning point of my life. Managing a full-time job alongside training assignments created conflict at work, and I found myself mentally exhausted and disturbed. On 1st January 2014, in deep frustration yet absolute clarity, I took one of the boldest decisions of my life — I resigned from my job and decided never to return to employment again. I chose to commit fully to training.

The risk was enormous. I had no savings. My wife was pregnant. I was the sole earning member, responsible for my parents, upcoming maternity expenses, and a child about to enter this world. Yet, I chose to move forward with belief over fear.

What followed was pure sacrifice and support. My wife sold her jewellery. My father bought me a laptop. My mother-in-law supported me with ₹1 lakh to start a training institute. I moved out of my home into a commercial training space - and that's the birth of Future in Hands.

I shared my profile on professional platforms, and soon received a call from the Taj Group of Hotels for a two-day corporate training. That opportunity marked the beginning of my journey as a corporate trainer. The same year, my daughter Shanvi was born — reminding me every day why quitting was never an option.

In early 2019, we transitioned into virtual training, breaking geographical barriers and making learning accessible from anywhere. This shift became a major breakthrough. Future in Hands went global — impacting nearly 60,000 learners across 500+ leading companies worldwide. What started in a small room had now reached screens, workplaces, and careers across the globe.

In 2022, I launched my Mentorship Programs - a defining shift from individual courses to a complete, outcome-driven career ecosystem. Built on over a decade of training and mentoring experience, the program was designed to solve a core problem I had observed for years: students don’t fail due to lack of effort, but due to lack of skills, a proven roadmap, and the right mentor.

I combined all three into a single mentorship model. The goal was simple yet powerful: help students achieve extraordinary career growth, build multiple income streams using their skills, and live the life of their dreams.

Launched my first book, an international bestseller - You Can Excel. What began as a personal dream soon turned into a moment beyond words. Signatures slowly turned into autographs. It made me believe that with a strong mindset, big dreams, and a long-term vision, anything is possible.

The same year, my journey was recognized nationally when I was honored as one of the Top 20 Entrepreneurs in India - a moment that reaffirmed the purpose behind every struggle.

My vision and mission came alive through my students. They became bestselling authors, successful coaches, and creators of multiple income streams - building careers and lives they once only dreamed of. Their transformation became the true measure of my journey.

With this growing ripple effect, I had the privilege of impacting the lives of 1,27,000 students globally, extending not just learning, but hope, confidence, and direction to families around the world.
